Brought together by a shared respect for ingredients and place, this collaboration unfolds as a dialogue between the heritage of France and the spirit of Hoi An, where memory, culture, and craft meet at the table..

➤30 April 2026 – The Duet Cooking Class
From 11:30 to 13:30
The Duet Cooking Class offers a hands-on prelude, bringing both chefs together in the kitchen ahead of the dinner the following day.
A walk through Namia’s herb garden, followed by a hands-on cooking class exploring Pâté chaud, where Chef Olivier’s French-inspired pastry meets Chef Viet’s Vietnamese interpretation. Concludes with a relaxed lunch with both chefs.
