All our wellbeing programs are inspired by Southern Herbology (Thuốc Nam), Vietnam’s traditional folk medicine. Rooted in ancient healing practices and thoughtfully adapted for modern wellness, the programs are developed in collaboration with Traditional Medicine Doctors and Local Herbalists.
– Restorative Herbology Rituals Personalized herbalist consultation followed by restorative therapies rooted in Vietnamese healing traditions. Designed to restore balance and inner strength during times of transition.
– Mindful Practices for Renewal Daily wellbeing practices including Dưỡng Sinh breathwork and movement, mindful steps inspired by Thích Nhất Hạnh, and gentle yoga. Supporting release, reconnection with the body, and spacious renewal.
