An Evening of Seasonal Flavours, Creative Cocktails & Riverside Connections

SUNSET SOIRÉE

An Evening of Seasonal Flavours, Creative Cocktails & Riverside Connections

Crafted. Vibrant. Soulful.

As dusk settles over the Thu Bon River, The Merchant Restaurant draws guests into an intimate evening of soulful food, expressive cocktails, electric music, magician entertaining and open-hearted conversations. Thoughtfully curated in every detail, yet effortlessly relaxed, the atmosphere feels like a friend’s garden party as Hoi An glows in the golden hour.

Created in collaboration with Mango Group and Làng Rice Wine, Sunset Soirée brings together local and internationally recognised talents who share the same tenet of seasonality and locality in their creations.

Inspired by the colours, energy, and characteristics found in nature, our cocktail experience celebrates Vietnam’s rich heritage through creative serves crafted with Làng Rice Wine. Each drink tells its own story of place, unveiling the wholesome portrait of the land that Namia calls home.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • A riverside gathering with interactive food and cocktail stations
