Our signature class, Dưỡng Sinh is a partly indigenous breathing and yoga exercise similar to Tai Chi, popularized in Vietnam by the historian Nguyễn Khắc Viện.

Inspired by Southern Herbology (Thuốc Nam), the traditional folk remedy practised by Vietnamese people in daily life.
First touch is to visit the local herbal apothecary where you collect a recommended herb parcel based on your online wellbeing assessment. With your herb parcel, you will be ready for the therapist to welcome you on your path to bring back your body’s natural rhythm.
The herbal hammam room is inspired by the Vietnamese herbal steam therapy Xông Hơi and the herbs used are found in the southern folk steaming remedies.
With your customized herbal parcel, the therapist will escort you to your private herbal hammam. The room is heated to 40oC / 80% humidity to prepare the body for treatment. The benefits include boosting immune system and circulation to rejuvenate body and mind. A solo 30-minute experience with Vichy Shower rinse, followed by a short rest in our relaxation lounge overlooking the river.
