In an intimate setting by the Thu Bon River, two chefs reimagined stories of tradition and innovation in a poetic exchange:

 

 – Chef Thu Le, a proud Hoi An local, brings forth the soul of her hometown, drawing on generations of flavor, memory, and tradition.

 

– Chef Oliver Truesdale-Jutras, with a global culinary lens and a passion for sustainability, reinterprets local ingredients with creativity and conscience.
